GiveCamp connects the technology talent in our community with the needs of local non-profits. In one weekend, developers, designers, database administrators, and other technology professionals work around the clock to tackle the wish lists of 20 non-profits and create web and software solutions.

Why become a sponsor in Cleveland?

Your support will help GiveCamp in Cleveland bring together about 175 volunteers to serve 20 organizations. Projects created over the course of the weekend (July 20-22, 2012) would typically cost each non-profit between $5,000 and $10,000.

Sponsors help ensure that non-profits continue to benefit from this valuable work, with no cost to participate. With your support, we also give volunteers tools to do the work (everything from printing supplies to hosting) and fuel them with food and caffeine throughout the weekend.

How would you like to give?

Sponsorship dollars are committed towards the promotion and hosting of Cleveland GiveCamp

Gold Sponsorship $2000: Gold Sponsors will be spotlighted in many ways and will receive:

  • An opportunity to address participants at the event kickoff with a brief overview of the organization.
  • A designated area during the event to set up information on the company or organization. This could be an area where GiveCamp participants can take a short break from their work to learn more about your organization.
  • Promotion through traditional and social media initiatives prior to, during and after the event. Promotion includes, but is not limited to, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and press releases sent to regional media.
  • Prime placement of logo with a URL link on the Cleveland GiveCamp website (www.clevelandgivecamp.org), logo placement on our t-shirt which is distributed to all volunteers, and logo placement on signage throughout the event.
  • Recognition on materials sent to volunteers and nonprofits.

Silver Sponsorship $1000: Silver sponsors will receive recognition throughout the event including:

  • Promotion through traditional and social media throughout the event.
  • Placement of their logo on the Cleveland GiveCamp Website (www.clevelandgivecamp.org), our t-shirt and signage.
  • Recognition on materials sent to volunteers and nonprofits.

Patron: $1- $999 (or donations of food, goods, etc.) Along with cash donations, providing materials to enhance the event for our volunteers and nonprofits only adds to the experience. Patrons may consider smaller cash donations, sponsoring a meal for attendees, providing information or resources at breakout sessions which are held throughout the weekend, hosting and other services, or door prizes for participants. Patron sponsors will receive recognition during the event including:

  • Social media mentions during the event.
  • A listing on the Cleveland GiveCamp website (www.clevelandgivecamp.org) and signage at the event.
  • Other mentions as appropriate. (i.e. Organizations sponsoring a meal will have signage posted during that meal.)
